Flood Forecasting Platform for all Catchments in Ireland

Nelen & Schuurmans, together with Tractebel and IMDC, is configuring a flood forecast platform for the Irish Meteorological Service (Met Éireann). The FEWS system will be hosted in the Microsoft Azure platform, ensuring access from anywhere at any given time. Detailed hydrological models will be set up for all catchments in Ireland. The project has kicked off and will run for the coming years.
